Who doesn't know this popular food? Many people love sushi, but some of them still hesitate to try to eat it. Yeah, many people thinks that we shouldn't eat a raw seafood (in this case; raw fish) just like that. But what if the taste is great and its healthy too? Still hesitate? We hope not!

How to make Traditional Japanese Sushi Recipe:
Ingredients
- 300g rice
- 600ml fresh water
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 sheets of seaweed (Nori Seaweed)
- 4 large slices smoke salmon
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bottle sweet/salt soy sauce (for dipping)
How to Make
- Bring the rice into a small pan filled with 600ml water, boil it around 10-15 minutes (until the water is fully absorbed and the rice structure is tender). Stir through the vinegar and sugar, wrap it and let it cool
- Slice the avocado, (around 3-5cm ,depends on the width of the sushi)put it in a bowl and mix it with the lemon juice. Make sure it mixed well
- Put the rice with the the nori seaweed sheet equally divided, leave a 1 cm border at the top and bottom. lay over the salmon on top of the rice, followed with avocado and chives on the center
- Fold the bottom edge of the seaweed over the filling, roll it over firmly. Dampen the top border with water to make it firm and seal the seaweed roll.
- You can make around 4 big rolls of sushi this way,
- You can wrap it with the food plastic fold and put it on the refrigerator for later.
- Use a knife to cut each roll into 8 parts and prepare the soy sauce!
- ** You can made some version of the sushi with using the combination of rice & salmon only. You can create a sushi variation this way.
- ** You can also reverse the part where you roll the rice with sushi wrapping.
- ** Add Cucumber for optional use.
