Wasabi or in other name called "Japanese Horseradish", is an important menu to accompany the Japanese Sushi.
The hot taste, with a spicy feel, make sushi attain a great taste and variation of flavour. The combination should be used well with a soy sauce dipping, which make a savory taste.
Because its hard to find the wasabi root, we will provide you how to make Wasabi using a Wasabi powder.
How to make Wasabi with Wasabi Powder:
1. Important things to remember, that wasabi powder should be always kept dry. Otherwise it will lose it's freshness
2. Mix an equal portion of wasabi powder with water, made it 1:1 in ratio. If you confused about how much you should started with. Just add 3 - 4 teaspoon of wasabi powder with the same amount of water using a teaspoon
3. Mix it gently and stir it until the composure becoming solid. If you want the wasabi paste thicker, you just have to add more powder into the mixture or water if you prefer the wasabi thinner
4. For best flavour and taste, keep the wasabi for around 15-20 minutes to make the mixture more blend together
